As of May 2009, the Switsure crew is moving to the USS Poseidon, Sovereign
class, while remaining in Outer Perseus.
A new website is in the works. Meanwhile, the list of open positions below
is still accurate **
Important application information: To
apply, direct
an email to stark /at/ hyperjump /dot/
org. This will ensure that the CO is aware of your wish
to join and can keep track. Your application will be transferred to
the Fleet's Personnel Administration.
• Sixth Fleet's PA will require a character biography ( template
provided) and a sample post. If necessary, changes will be suggested to
fit with our RPG format. Once done, the CO will be handed the bio and
post sample. Applicants may also opt for training at the Academy
where they will complete a set of lessons in PBEM RPG basics. The CO may
recommend (or require) Academy training prior to or upon joining.
Recommendations:
read the Perseus Operation information before writing an "arrival"
sample post. Getting to Starbase Dalan will be enough. The CO will
give more precise instructions down the line to transfer from Starbase
Dalan to your ship. Life
being only "almost" perfect, if you feel your contacts with
PA fell through, you are welcome to inform the CO.
